Middle-management and individual contributors are extremely knowledgeable and kind. They are adaptable and get things done.

The executive team runs this company like a dictatorship. They have strategy meetings without department head input and come out with directives that are alarmingly disconnected with the reality of the customers, the industry, and their employees. They have little SaaS experience and do not seek feedback or want it from those who do. Employees are constantly pivoting and doing projects/tasks that are detrimental to the mission because “they said so”. The hybrid workplace is also a sham, there is little flexibility and HR spends far too much time analyzing badge swipes instead of doing worthwhile improvements to the day-to-day of the employees.

-A handful of talented individual contributors who genuinely try to deliver despite the environment. -Opportunities to take on responsibility due to constant turnover.

-Leadership is unqualified, insular, and routinely makes incorrect assumptions behind closed doors. These decisions have directly contributed to repeated layoffs and ongoing instability. -Success is not based on performance or capability — it is tied to proximity to leadership and the willingness to appease them. Those who challenge decisions or raise concerns are sidelined, while those who engage in performative agreement advance. -Delivery direction changes constantly, often without rationale, alignment, or communication. Priorities shift week to week, making it nearly impossible to execute effectively or maintain momentum. -A culture of micromanagement, including monitoring badge swipes in and out of the office. -“Unlimited PTO” is not truly unlimited, and the company’s claims of flexibility contradict mandated in‑office days, set working hours, and unachievable expectations. -Very political environment for such a small organization.
