      I have been working at Creditsafe for more than three years and have had a very positive experience. The company provides an excellent work-life balance and a healthy working environment. Teams are supportive, collaborative, and always willing to help each other succeed. I've had opportunities to work on interesting projects, learn new technologies, and grow professionally. Management is approachable, and colleagues are friendly and knowledgeable, making day-to-day work enjoyable. The company genuinely cares about employee well-being and creates an environment where people can focus on delivering quality work without unnecessary pressure.

      As someone who has had a positive experience overall, I haven't encountered any major drawbacks worth highlighting. Like any organization, there are occasional challenges and busy periods, but they are usually managed well and balanced by the supportive culture and flexibility provided by the company.

      I had joined data engineering function. It was so suffocating to start as a new joiner. The manager of data engineering made it so difficult for me it felt as if a principal of a school is scolding a small child. I never got the necessary support nor the freedom to apply my ideas, which significantly made it difficult to breathe. The manager could not manage some aspects & he expects us to fix everything magically. He's hardly available for resolving our queries & expects to fix all the tech debts he has accumulated over the period of his tenure. This is the sad reality of every organization with incompetent leaders. But it's important to weed out such pests before they cause havoc. Never join as a data engineer unless the data engineering function has multiple managers.

      As a woman employee, I have been working with Creditsafe for more than five years, and it has provided me with an excellent work-life balance. The flexible working hours, secure doorstep cab facility, and the respect for personal time by not disturbing employees after working hours make it a great place to work. Most importantly, hard work is recognized and appreciated, and if you consistently perform well, you will definitely receive the recognition you deserve. Creditsafe is a great place to learn new technologies and continuously develop your skills. The management is highly supportive and encourages employees to grow, take on new challenges, and achieve their career goals.
