      This is a fast paced work environment. I was a contractor at the time but the benefits seems to be better than average compared to most companies. The culture of the company seems to be pretty good as well.

      They pack you into the office where you have two or more people sharing cubes at the same time. There is literally no space for you to even stretch out. The parking lot also used to routinely fill up so you would have to park on the driveway coming down to the building. Some of the lead developers are not too great. I understand having coding standards but they would nit pick your code to a ridiculous degree.

      Management truly cares about each employee and wants everyone to enjoy working here. The company has grown in the last year and the future looks promising as well. There is not a lack of work here and everyone is always eager to help. Fantastic benefits, competitive pay and a great bonus system. They try to make work fun very often. So far in my time here, they have tried to work on any complaints, recently acquiring more office space for the growing company.

      Not much of a training/on-boarding process, they hired a training coordinator to work on this though. There is no work from home option although it is definitely feasible, more vacation time could be added or sick/personal days. Because of the recent growth, sometimes more guidance is needed than available.
