The company trying to take my loyal customers away and give them to two new, less competent employees that could do nothing ( and I mean nothing) on their own. Maybe the newbies exaggerated their sales abilities, but that’s managements fault for not researching them properly. The management is so terrible, the branch that I was located at, had gone through five managers in the last nine years, but.. it’s not regional or corporates fault that they hire poor management; It’s the employees that make them feel threatened by their opinion, fresh ideas, and work ethic. One employee was verbally abusive ( but management did nothing.) Good thing I saved all of those e-mails, just in case. Other branches may be better, but I would steer clear of this one.

The people were nice The trips to SC were cool Environmental was very laid back and management was easy to talk to.

- Low pay compared to national average - Focused too much on roles that didn’t really have anything to do with the background of the students they hired for this role (ie. business, supply chain, operations management) was very sales and warehouse focused - Program length and structure was not efficient - No diversity at all! You’ll probably be the only Black/Brown face in the company. - Stuck in the 60s but was interested in hiring Gen Z…??? - Wasn’t mentally stimulating for me because work became repetitive and draining.
