Working as a Software and Technical Consultant at Creitive was an incredibly enriching experience. The company provided a dynamic environment where I had the opportunity to work on a variety of interesting projects. What stood out the most was the level of ownership I was given over my work. From the very beginning, I felt empowered to take charge and make meaningful contributions. Due to nature of work, planning and expectations from clients can be tough to handle, so it's required to have multidisciplinary skills and have open communication within the team. Occasionally there was pressure to deliver but it was possible to negotiate and provide good service
