      If you are going to join IT department then its for you. IT department's AVP is very toxic he will make your life hell. He will make sure you will have no work life balance and will insult you whenever and wherever he wants. Overall company's turn over rate is very low , but IT department's turn over rate is very high. You can not stay there for more than 3 months due to unnecessary micromanagement of IT head and his toxic behavior with you.

      Small company, but very efficient. Worked mainly with government buildings. Schools were the most common. Fast paced environment, but quite manageable.

      Poor communication between higher ups. Poor communication between shop workers and field workers. More organization needed to increase productivity.
