      No structure lots of situations are knee jerk solutions. The company is unorganized, no support from management. Owner does not honor agreements made between him and the employee as stated in your offer letter. The benefits you have at the time of hire will change yearly and the cost increase will go to the employee and cost saving will go to the owner. Unethical business practices. If you have a problem you are on your own and if you make the wrong decision about that problem they will feed you to the wolves.
