      Easy work with great benefits and plenty of opportunities to move up in the company. They like to promote from within.

      Pay is not the best but is competitive for the most part. Every now and then you get a supervisor who is not the greatest but I would not say was bad. However, most of the supervisors and bosses are great!

      mostly alone in the field with co workers you can call upon for advice or expertise

      management sucked since they would put to much stress on merchandising a store or trying to sell in too much product to a store to small to handle that amount of quantity
