Work life balance is very strong

Lot's of autonomy, this is great if you like it, it would be hard if you don't

Staff is very friendly. Kelly is a pleasure to work with as well as the other ladies, Sonia and Christine.

They seem to really care about you during the initial part of your contract by means of calling periodically to check on you and get your input. They even take you to lunch one day to show appreciation. It then soon seems to just disappear as they don't take the time to call or even email you to see how things are going.
