Crestcom is in an interesting position right now where they've been around for almost 30 years, but we are now executing a high-growth plan to re-energize the brand and bring even greater value and support to our franchisees and our training clients. Working for the corporate office is certainly a different experience from being a franchise business owner. From my perspective, it is a wonderful place to work. The organizational structure is mostly flat and I get to work with a very intelligent, dedicated team. We've often referred to it as a start-up with 30 years of experience. It's a great place to grow as a professional, where hard work and innovative ideas are appreciated and rewarded. I have space to constantly be growing and expanding my skill sets beyond my comfort zone.
