Great products that are well respected in the industry. PTO time builds the longer you stay and becomes decent after being here 5 years. The company is trying to get better with HR related stuff. There's a gym, an onsite health clinic, and some additional perks like employee appreciation day.

Where to start. -middle managers and management in general have ego issues. -The Healthcare is pricey and not up to standards from other companies. -the 401k match is sad -bonuses are also sad -The pay is below industry averages. The company does double digit growth most years and they just up the head count in places like India. -attempts to correct pay are met with heavy resistance. In the end, it was easier to go elsewhere. -Project timelines are mostly ludicrous and it's not uncommon for senior management to promise products to companies and customers before anyone even has a chance to think about if it's possible or necessary.
