Hostile & Abusive Workplace! - Recensione dipendente - Sales presso Crexendo

Crexendo has created an extremely hostile and abusive work environment that is not only tolerated but defended at the highest level. If you report this abusive behavior to Human Resources, history will show you'll be terminated. I would strongly warn anyone who is considering taking a position with Crexendo unless you don't mind being yelled at, demeaned and threatened on a regular basis. Even official written complaints to the HR department will result in nothing other than senior company leadership defending said behavior. This is an absolute appalling work environment and culture. There is a heaping stack of HR complaints against leadership but executives refuse to address the complaints. Executive leaderships solution to Crexendo's shortcomings has been to terminate their employees and stay the course. At what point does the Board look at the executive team at the highest level who has been the only constant in this equation. Ironically, the same executive team loves to site the following quote which is actually more relevant for them, "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results".
