It is another Byjus! They are running behind revenue, they don't care about employees or customers, and females before joining here please be aware. Managers don't let you logout early. During the time of joining they tell it is office timings is 11-8 but they are creating a culture where they make you overwork till 10pm in the night. Moreover most of the male managers here promote female employees who are in personal favour with them. Hard working employee are not respected, they create so much pressure that you yourself will put down papers at the end. I don't know why Founders and Co-founder are not aware of these things and sitting blindly. The office and brand will fall if this continues.
