Department shifts are frequent and arbitrary, making it impossible to develop any meaningful expertise in one area. Senior employees are dismissive and hostile towards juniors. HR is unprofessional and unresponsive to legitimate employee concerns. During my tenure, there was a regulatory inspection, and I was asked to describe my work differently to the authorities than what I actually did — which raised serious ethical concerns for me personally.
