You will be worked until you burn out which is sooner than you think. Good reviews are forced by management to offset the bad. Do not trust them. Within days of starting, you’ll be pressured to complete a 5 star review. Negative, toxic culture promoted my very senior people. Zero work life balance and no flexibility whatsoever. You will go above and beyond and never be appreciated. The only thing Croner is consistent with is poor treatment of staff. Consistently understaffed as people resign within months. Seriously not worth the impact on your mental health, you will hate your time here. The company is a great idea and the job itself is good but the management of the service departments and the way they instruct managers of the departments to treat staff is cancerous.
