October 1 - December 15th is insanity. If you can't handle pressure this is not the job for you. The slow season can be incredibly boring and you must possess the drive and self management skills to survive the slow months. The busy season is only 1 quarter out of the year - pardon my language but you'll go balls to the wall for 3 months and the rest of the time is steady and "normal" which can feel like turtle speed after 4th quarter. It is incredibly difficult to break into this business your first year. Once you're passed the first year it's much easier to breathe financially. They don't promote very often and if you're good at your job you'll be stuck in that position for your entire career here. Yes there is a promotional chart for the agents but at the end of the day it really changes nothing for the agents even after they've achieved that status. While it's very possible to thrive in the same position, moving up is also incredibly important to me and I'm starting to feel stifled.

The company is great! The owners and supervisors are right there in the trenches with you working just as hard. They encourage you and take the time to help you grow as a person and an employee. I have watched them build people that are not very confident up to someone that is fearless and self assured. They recognize the effort that you put in and that means a lot. They are super fun and laidback but get down to business when necessary. The coworkers are awesome and super friendly. As someone who has worked in some very toxic environments, this place is like a breath of fresh air. You have your ups and downs in any job, but the willingness and grit to weather through them is what it takes to make it into the place it is. I'm blessed to be a part of the team.

Nothing really........well maybe the hard chairs in the break room.......wtf is up with them not having free mani/pedis on Friday's? Idk if I can work in these conditions. I actually had to go get my own coffee today. Who does that?!
