Thank you for your personal experience and review. While we do hold our employees to high standards and encourage their personal and professional growth, we also encourage them to plan their own course with their career and we provide employees the tools to do so. This is something a lot find hard to do on their own. As a company we do push our employees to be the best they can be and will promote from within. As far as business outlook, a project manager would not have that insight, as well as, we have no employees with that title. Only executives would have the insight for the business outlook. We are and will continue to strive to set the bar high for the benefit of our clients and our employees.
