May Not be a Scam, but company has poor practices - Recensione dipendente - Recruiter presso CrowdSourced Recruiting

Vantaggi

- Ceo provides a training opportunity for new recruiters. So you dont need experience to start with this company. - Due to their crowdsourcing model, you can work at your own speed. - This is a remote position.

Svantaggi

- Poor communication: As the other reviews indicated, it is hard to get anyone on the phone. There is only one email addressed used to communicate with them. You never get a name or straightforward response from the “Support Team”. - I have submitted several potential leads at this point (which they promise $2500/lead that’s validated), and i have not received any feedback from them in over a month. I refuse to work for free. So until i get a response from them, im not generating anymore work for them. - When you agree to work for them, there is no contract or orientation to finalize the employment agreement. So technically, you can be working for months for free, with no concrete timeframe as to when you will be paid. - If you check their website, it appears that they are posting new jobs every day. If you take a deeper look at them, they are just using old job posts (that they were unable to fill) and updating them to “appear” as if it’s a new job.

Vantaggi

None, None, None, None, None

Svantaggi

Little to no communication. I paid for the $129 training which was a waste. They told me I would get a corporate email address and after repeated emails to them, I never heard back from them.

Vantaggi

Didn’t stick around long enough to see if there were any pros.

Svantaggi

If you are new to recruiting, they offer training for $129 per month. Very difficult to get ahold of by phone, and the “support team” replies with vague answers. When you join they say you’re not likely to even start making money until month 2 or 3. I thought ok I’ll try because the large rewards outweighed my $129. Nope. The training conference calls led by the CEO give a lot of useful information but seem to withhold important money-making tips until you’re 4 weeks in, such as how to actually find candidates. You basically start off doing free labor generating leads and trying your best to recruit based off limited knowledge from the slow training. But then again there is no contract between you and the company, just you taking their word for it that someday they’ll pay you.
