Vantaggi

I want to be fair and objective but there aren't any.

Svantaggi

I reconciled spending $129 for one month of training by telling myself the training isn't mandatory. David (CEO and founder) also reiterated during one of the training calls that their company is not in the business of training new recruiters. Most of the training calls were prerecorded so you couldn't ask David questions directly. He told us we could email our questions to support and he would be available a few hours after the training calls to answer them but he rarely ever replied to my emails. The only way to communicate with this company is through their support email but even their support team rarely replied to me. We were told leads take about a week to qualify, yet I submitted 5 leads and 3 months have passed and I haven't received any updates.

Vantaggi

None, None, None, None, None

Svantaggi

Little to no communication. I paid for the $129 training which was a waste. They told me I would get a corporate email address and after repeated emails to them, I never heard back from them.

Vantaggi

Didn’t stick around long enough to see if there were any pros.

Svantaggi

If you are new to recruiting, they offer training for $129 per month. Very difficult to get ahold of by phone, and the “support team” replies with vague answers. When you join they say you’re not likely to even start making money until month 2 or 3. I thought ok I’ll try because the large rewards outweighed my $129. Nope. The training conference calls led by the CEO give a lot of useful information but seem to withhold important money-making tips until you’re 4 weeks in, such as how to actually find candidates. You basically start off doing free labor generating leads and trying your best to recruit based off limited knowledge from the slow training. But then again there is no contract between you and the company, just you taking their word for it that someday they’ll pay you.
