- Low pay as compared to other firms, despite management claims of paying at market rate. - No AWS, no bonus - High expectations, expects staffs to OT - The sun never sets here, its constantly peak season (whats off-peak?) - No OT pay but there is time of in liew for your overtime but there is a cap and ONLY if you are authorized to claim for the time off. Time off usually only given to listed companies. - Meal allowance again is only if its authorized to be claimed which is rare to say the least - Uneven workload distribution and different management styles among different teams. Despite being the same firm, depending on the team you can lead a very different life. - High turnover rate, half of which are already new hires - Old laptops a consequence of having no laptop bond. Laptop can be easily from 2013. Good luck praying your Excel doesnt hang / crash on alt-tabs (but hey its still a laptop right? and this firm gives itself an edge without limiting staff through bond) - Invest in your own personal fan because there will be no air-con during OT hours (which is frequent, trust me)
