- overall compensation package is strong one you hit a certain level (RSUs, bonus, 10% 401K contribution) - the people that have been around are still great

- culture has been significantly declining and it seems like upper management is not interested in what makes their employees happy - recent layoffs are resulting in the people staying taking on more work - compensation is supposed to be competitive but they do not care if strong performers are significantly below their benchmarks. They are willing to pay more to an external person rather than give an internal person the increase the deserve - forcing people to relocate to Houston in order to move up in the company
