Severely outdated software. Eng/Dev is run by a person who is not interested in or qualified to update it and has no idea what the customers actually need in an effective software. Will not promote from within. Support team morale is almost non-existent - they struggle to support the lackluster software that doesn't work. New products are promised, take forever to deliver (if at all) and when they are released they are so full of bugs that they barely function.
