      It is a small family owned business and they really do treat you like family.

      Svantaggi

      Not a lot of room to move up the ladder. This is a lifetime job for most people that work there, which is not a bad thing.

      They have two locations, one in Illinois and Mexico, MO. The one in Mexico, MO seems to have their act together. The Illinois location doesn't have the right hand talking to the left hand

      Little or no training about companies core products. All employees seem to go after the same business which turns into hard feelings.
