Reliable business, been around for 50 years and has no major history of layoffs. Steady 40 hour a week work with some Saturdays mixed in. Flexible PTO/point policy for work/life balance. Straight 8-hour shifts.

Communication from management can be different based on who you ask. 10 minute break and 20 minute lunch because of straight 8's. Get paid what other's at your level are paid regardless of output.
