As a company Crownpeak has merged two exciting technologies together to become the only web content management platform with built in quality management. In addition to this it is all done in the cloud. As you would expect, with a merger there is a lot of change. Whilst that brings challenges it also brings opportunity. It is an exciting time to be with Crownpeak and although the companies are more than 10 years old there is a young and vibrant feel to the new organisation. We are growing and also looking to acquire so exciting times ahead for people that are team players, take pride in what they do and what to build something special.

There is a lot of change, lots of new processes, and this can lead to poor communication or misinformed decision making which can be frustrating for employees.

Thank you for the positive feedback! We agree that our product is innovative and trusted, giving Crownpeak employees a great opportunity to grow in the fast-developing SaaS industry. We also agree that change can be difficult but I think it's pretty clear we've brought together two amazing companies that have the same vision and goals (not to mention some pretty awesome employees). That being said, communication can always be better. The Leadership Team is committed to improving transparency through engaging, informative Town Hall meetings, frequent updates via email and Confluence, and other initiatives.
