Vantaggi

It's evident they love their employees and go above and beyond to help people grow and excel in what they do.

Svantaggi

No maternity leave, paid time off is capped and health benefits are terrible. Which I am hoping will get ironed out as they grow.

Vantaggi

Amazing culture! Women founded, lead and supported. This company truly feels like family, we hold each other accountable (including leadership) and everyone is open to feedback and takes it to heart. I can very honestly and openly say I have never felt the Sunday scaries working here, in fact I get excited to bring my ideas to the team every Monday. Never have I ever worked for a company that actually cares for their employees and lives and breathes their core values.

Svantaggi

You may have to wear a few hats… but if you are in it for the long haul then you shouldn’t mind!
