      Constant growth and learning it doesn’t slow down. Amazing culture and awesome workspace. Except for missing cheese sticks, the snack/food options are right on target. Very energized teams with aggressive goals. This is the place to be!

      It doesn’t slow down. So many different methods of info sharing can lead a feeling of constant juggling. (Email, meeting notes, wikis, intranet, JIRA, document @s and hundreds of slack channels to monitor.)

      Most of the excitement and energy for anime is outside of the engineering department. Our team was largely directionless and pivoted mercilessly with a focus on obscure business interests. Engineering is bottom of the totem pole at that time
