Ellation has experienced many changes, but yet we are able to really highlight the great initiatives we are working to implement. We also strive to keep open communications so that our employees know that we are making concerted efforts to improve. Our environment is challenging for bright minds and talented people alike and it is really nice to be around a group of talented people that really do help push the boundaries. We are setting off on a mission to make a huge impact in the way content is consumed. When a company sets out on such a mission, it is important to think big, and I think we are doing this. The culture is fun, and the employees are really passionate. It shows in the work we produce. I like that this reviewer is being honest about the pros and cons, and the feedback is appreciated!
