The salary is below average. The benefits are expensive. They offer 401k but they don’t tell you they don’t offer company match. The corporate mentality is that you are easily replaced. They do not give cost of living increases. Employees have gone years with no pay increase. There is wide spread discord throughout the company. Employees are unhappy but afraid to speak up for fear of retaliation. Certain managers are abusive to their employees. The CEO’s are complicit.
