Management do bot care about you or the engineers. Lie to all their clients saying they have 100 engineers then force 30/40 to do 100 peoples work. Absolutely horrendous lack of support or human compassion. They will dangle bonuses and salary increases and never follow through. If you stand up for yourself you’ll get fired. Expect to never have time to eat lunch and regularly do a 14-16 hour work day.
