Management cannot communicate at all. The also do not take responsibility for their actions and poor management of the business. The project blame on to people that have no decision-making power which make them look inept. HR is also really bad. They have particularly poor communication skills and even worse people skills. Which is saying a lot for the department that is directly responsible for managing people. Working at Crytek, there is always a black cloud of financial difficulties hanging over you. It does not make you feel confident in the stability of having a job there.
