Company culture is non existent, HR has entirely given up in creating one. Management is adamant that a job role is far more important than the expertise of a person or their past of proven record, making them simply throwing people at a job without relevant experience or background. Sketchy hiring practices, people just show up without ever interviewing, mostly caused by knowing someone at the company. Most people in the company are "Doing a job" instead of running behind a mission, making everything reactive, slow and without any agency. People who bring agency will only clash with the laid back culture. All of the above makes it common talk that management is looking to sell the company for scraps instead of working with the people and fixing the giant list of things that should be fixed at the company.

They manufacture a very good product that their customers love. The compensation is reasonable. There are many hard working and good people employed there trying to make the company a success.

There are many changes happening all of the time without plans on how to complete them. The managers do not communicate well with the people working for them, so there is not understanding of the complication involved when processes change or are deleted. Too much money is wasted on things that are not important.
