None. I can not think of one positive attribute that Cuallix can provide to either customers or employees. Potentially the fact that you will be provided flexibility in your working schedule when you start.

Let's see if there is enough space to list it all. . *There is no reward for Merit - Only loyalty. *There are no benefits at this company. Unless you want to be paid as a 1099 Contractor - go look somewhere else for a job. *No forward Planning. None. *Management doesn't believe in budgeting. No one has ever seen a budget or P & L from any division. *Cuallix has no contracts of their own and cannibalizes those of their partners. They will direct you to sell a service which is unsupported and they will have no idea how to draft a contract nor will they spend the money to hire a competent lawyer to draft one. It is then your job to manipulate the partner to supply a boiler plate so they can use it for all of their other potential clients. Cuallix is so tacky - they'll even use their clients' contracts and cannibalize them to create a contract for a different function and service and they will send it back to the client who originally drafted the boiler plate. Even when the client points out the plagiarism - Cuallix Management either doesn't care or is completely unphased. *There is no brand equity. All their partners know they are a mess. *Every day you have to play the same denial game. *Cuallix's vertical is the most highly regulated globally and management seems to think they can take the cheap way every time. They refuse to acknowledge there are prerequisites a financial service organization must complete when entering a new country or requirements from the in country partner. They give regulatory administration and filings to people internally who are incapable and incompetent. Their General Counsel is extremely inexperienced, had no previous financial services industry experience, has no influence over management, and her composition and grammar is simply embarrassing. *No Strategy (even if you are hired to create one) *Absolutely the least amount of transparency of any company you ever worked for in your adult life. *CEO is delusional. Whenever you tell him the truth he will somehow try to convince you that is not the case and you must be crazy. *Shoot the Messenger Management Style. You shouldn't tell the truth and should always lie to management. If you deliver bad news - somehow it is your fault even though it has nothing to do with your job or the functional area you work in. *You can never trust the CEO he has no integrity. He will agree with you on select issues and then turn around and do something completely different or direct someone else to cut your knees out from under you at a client meeting. Same goes with compensation or bonuses. He'll tell you yes and then come back and say he never wants to talk about that again and that you should had got it in writing from him at the beginning. At the very least you can count on him telling you directly he undermined you and you can't count on his word. *Somehow even if you are vetting a potential client and partner and determine that they are not legitimate - the COO or CEO will still try to pull them into a deal which blows up 100% of the time. *You will never see a balance sheet or a forward looking P & L statement. *Their technology doesn't work - period. However - if you make the CEO aware of it - it's going to be your fault for discovering it. *Their Customer Service is horrendous. Even as an employee - you'll have to jump thru hoop after hoop to resolve anything. Oh - and its your fault that customer service is dysfunctional. *They will never hire the correct resource to fix mission critical issues. *Management does not value partners or clients. *Management will never ever take responsibility for anything. Denial Denial Denial *Worst of all - they claim a myriad of services on their client facing web site and half of the functionality doesn't work and they refuse to close it down to fix it. *Cuallix functions as an under funded dysfunctional startup; However they are a mature company who might or might not be making money in Mexico. * This is absolutely the most chaotic and dysfunctional company you could ever work for.
