Nice office, free breakfast and some cool clients if you get the chance to work on them.

Since Cubaka became part of Next15 the entire business has shifted to be completely revenue-led. The culture used to be great, good vibes and everyone enjoyed their work. Now the atmosphere is consistently tense and uncomfortable and the culture has dropped off a cliff. Almost everyone is unhappy in their role and nothings being done to change it, lots of us have left and they just hire in and replace instead of figuring out the root cause.
