The people - Cull is a small shop (only 12 people) so it's a great fit for those who want to develop strong relationships with coworkers. Commitment to innovation - it's encouraged to be up on the latest trends in the marketing and advertising world. There's no fear of technology here. Organization - even though it's a small group, there are well-defined processes for everything, and open communication to ask questions or try to do something a different way. Transparency - everyone stands up every day to talk about what he/she is doing so priorities can be assessed.
