Amazing creative people, lovely team

Literally everything else. Run by a meglomanic with no consideration for staff welfare, employee rights or frankly, the ability to collabrate with other humans, let alone lead them. Continually belittling, unappreciative and has actual tantrums under pressure. Protect your sanity and mental health and avoid at all costs!!

PR, the team members themselves (not any of the management/ senior staff)

Everything. The fun parties, events, the opportunities are just not worth the toll on your mental health. You will look at yourself in the mirror and start to think, why am I even here? What is even the point? The toxic management, the illegal working hours, the constant targeted bullying. No amount of “cool parties” could ever convince me that it’s okay to treat staff like they’re sub-human. Awful.
