Vantaggi

Friendly environment where the customers are treated respectfully. Staff members are held to fairly strict standards but for good reason. Culver's is the only food service job that I've held and continued to eat there.

Svantaggi

Sometimes scheduling would be difficult for high school students that were also involved in extra-curricular activities, for example if I had a few weeks where I couldn't work as much it would be difficult to make it back on the schedule.

Many wonderful promises, they say they will work with you on schedules and attending school or college.

They do not, now that schools are resuming the managers are giving conflicting hours, different managers calling up to give hours and when the employee arrives they have changed their minds and send the employee home. Manages chose favorites and fight amount them selves as to what the rules are and the employee gets caught in the middle and accused of not following orders.
