Working at Culvers, at least in the back in the kitchen, working around the grill, fryer, can cause a lot of heat, and can induce a little bit of stress, -Fast paced Of course working in fast food industry, although not so fast because Culvers reassures a "Fast Casual" food service, the work environment is very fast paced, upholding a sense of urgency in the kitchen, can induce a bit of stress to the employee to meet certain circumstances under a certain amount of time can feel very pressuring, assuring positive customer satisfaction. However, there are breaks in between that give those working in the back a break from the action. -Opportunity for everyone. The management I was working under was amazing, they worked with the employees to work for a perfect schedule, while being able to work around other's schedules. I was able to advance to a crew trainer, however, I came to a dead end trying to hard to work myself up and to prove to the management that I really wanted a position that seemed like it was impossible to achieve, so I felt that pursuing a career at Culvers was not in it for me
