Upper management is biased .If they like you,you will be safe,but if they don't like you (normally with no particular reason),you are doomed . It is very obvious that there are favoritism happening however employees choose to be blind and not speak up just to keep the job and continue working . MNC company that have very strict rules to follow on dresscode ,targets on youngster especially . Cummins always want the employees to speak their mind,however they have ethic policy that normally contradicts the point (if listener do not like what they hear they can report to ethic) which also drives the employees become demoralize (not sure if it only happens here in Singapore branch due to different mindset with people in other countries)
