all company cares about is how much money the branches bring in, employees only get promoted if they're lazy and suck up to bosses, management picks and chooses which branches they let hire and others they leave short staffed and give excuses why they can't get more help, company doesn't care about customers even though they preach that they do, company values aren't followed by anyone including leadership, employees are unhappy and most have bad attitudes about work
