* Not enough staff to handle workload, so very busy * Lots of unpaid overtime on weekends and evenings * Stress * Pay is still less than a lot of less stressful jobs

As with a lot of companies, the impact of Covid has very much restricted face to face meetings and the ability to socialise with colleagues which would help improve already good relationships further.
