If you want to work at a mission driven company that cares about doing the best for students and educators then this is your place. There is so much gratification knowing that your work is positively impacting students and teachers. We get to do all this while working on some of the latest technologies. It is a very friendly and diverse culture that promotes learning and growth. CA has put an emphasis on its DEI initiatives and we can clearly see how this fosters innovation. Our leadership always listens to our concerns and they do whats best for our customers and employees.

Its very hard to come up with major negatives at CA. There are definitely process related improvements that can be made, but I feel those are very trivial and the most important thing is to continuously improve. CA is very good at continuously adapting to improve those process issues.

CA is a great company. I really appreciate how employee focused the company is and how important culture seems to be.

We stay very busy but there is room for better pay, considering the amount of work we all do. The pay at CA for inside sales is well below what other EdTech companies pay for the same or similar roles.

Great people even if we are remote. Good benefits.

They keep moving the goal post while piling on more expectations. First it was opening an office in India to "chase the sun" (98 US employees got layed off before the holidays. CEO sent out a recorded message admitting that conducting business is cheaper in India. No employees outside the US were layed off), next asking what employees would be willing to give up benefit wise (keep in mind they are known for being on the lower end of market with compensation) and now forcing mandatory fun days for a small percentage of employees who are remote not hybrid (they won't be tracking you but if you don't attend it will be part of your performance review. Asking for an exception is possibly a trap or test to see who is a "team player"). This all feels like a trap or a bad dream. The foundation is cracking under the weight of growing without taking a break for things to adjust. I'm burnt out and exhausted. Always waiting for the next shoe to drop will do that. I do my work, I do it well but that doesn't seem to be good enough anymore.
