It is a stressful environment and they pressure you to deliver results on insurances etc. They also encourage dubious 'white-lies' with customers to try and make the sale. They often hire young students but then have no sympathy for their studies and they moan about it, even though they knew it would be a problem when they hired. They expect you to work all hours and if you are ill they make you feel guilty and sometimes even threaten you with your job if you don't get into work. They treat their customers poorly and they often lie to make/increase the sale.
