Work on very interesting projects. Improve skills as a designer. Learn to work in various upcoming domains like VR, AR, VUI and more. Very empathetic and fun environment. Take with you not just work experience when you leave but also life skills. Learn to broaden your perspective and dip your toes into other streams, like visual design, development, AI, ergonomics etc. ( based on your interest) Have access to amazing books for reference. Practically a library for design related books!!

Current office location is not ideal, but they are looking to change the location in the future. Work hours can be quite large and you may have to leave the office late.

1) You get to explore a new domain of designing for VR and AR. 2) You will become a voracious reader and will love to read more and learn more. 3) You get to explore and find the area's you are passionate to work in. 4) You will be treated as an equal member in all departments and take part in discussions.

The only challenges faced in the company is equipment and space. But it's a startup and in the future they are planning to scale up.
