Co-Workers are great. Work is good.

Management delays decisions , doesn't provide clear direction, or instructions. They leave staff members that shoudl be involved in matters on the outside. They do the same thing over and over again, while assuming the result will be different. Their hiring process is ineffective and fill positions that the people are not qualified to do. Benefits are inadequate.
