      Executive management cares about its employees, treats us like family. They are willing to adjust your schedule to accommodate availability due to your kids school schedules. Relaxed atmosphere helps with productivity.

      Svantaggi

      Controller micro-manages all departments, never accepting an answer the 1st time. Her main concern seems to be making sure that she doesn't look bad to Executive Management and puts rules in place in her department to ensure this. Also, lack of extensive training for new hires in most office positions.

      It's a great company ran by a boss/friend of mine. He's a really kind, intelligent individual who knows what he's doing and take the time to teach you the correct way of doing things. I've learned alot at this company and hate to leave, but that's life every great thing comes to an end.
