S.C. babysitters make the rules. Local mgmt has no say in who gets let go. If they don't like you, you will be fired and local mgmnt does not even know it's coming. They are more concerned about appearance and perception over their employees. If you don't look the part they won't hire you. They want people who will come in, look the part, keep their mouths closed and just work. They do NOT want suggestions nor opinions. They put non-stop excruciating demands on some of their employees, while it's all about sales. Sales can make ridiculous promises and expect engineering, materials, production and shipping to just make it happen. They are going to kill some of their best people with their crazy demands.
