Customer Elation has been a fun and exciting place of employment for me. There have been so many positive changes over the years and it has been fun to see them take place along with growing with the company. They offer flexible scheduling and a friendly upbeat work environment. If you are looking to advance within a company you have potential to move upward in the ladder if you are willing to be coached and guided in the right direction to succeed in your career path.

There are no cons with this job if you are looking to be apart of the customer service industry and enjoy working with people. If there are any issues management is always willing to discuss what options you have available to make it a win for both the employee and company.

The give cheap snacks (Debbie snack cakes, chips) to the employees so that they don't leave at lunchtime.

I worked for almost 2 years in filthy restrooms, they NEVER vacuumed the carpets, whole office smelled like marijuana, the employees were high and loud, silly rules that constantly changed for call-taking (how many times to say the customer's name in a call), nasty keyboards and furniture, too cheap to hire a cleaning person, team leaders looked like 12 year olds. The health insurance is unusually high for the pay, so no one buys it. Full time does NOT guarantee you 40 hours a week, its more like 32 hours.
