I worked there for 3 years and did a total career change. I loved working there because the doctors and the employees care about patients. The practice has the best equipment which made it fun and challenging with something always new with the patient's best interest in mind. LASIK and lens surgeries, and especially keratoconus patients get the best treatments like I have never seen anywhere. People wise it runs like a small business. Problems
