Cyanotech actually works toward making people feel like they're important and cared about. Poor performance is coached and worked on until it no longer can be- Good performance is rewarded. Benefits are fantastic for all employees and pay is competitive. Profit sharing and stock programs are unrivaled by any company I've worked for. Leadership is taking this company in the right direction.

Some lack of new/ modern equipment, but it's on an upward trend.

For the most part, this company is a meritocracy. Most people who work here are friendly.

A lot of people work remotely these days so it can feel empty at times.
